Simple Summary: Use EriThread fairly. Pay on time if you choose a paid plan. Your business data belongs to you. We'll do our best to keep the service running.
Using EriThread
When you use EriThread, you agree to:
Things You Should Do
- Give us correct information about yourself and your business
- Keep your password safe - don't share it with others
- Use EriThread only for your embroidery business
- Pay your subscription on time (if on a paid plan)
- Tell us if you see any problems or bugs
Things You Must Not Do
- Share your account with other businesses
- Try to break or hack the system
- Use EriThread for illegal activities
- Upload harmful files or viruses
- Pretend to be someone else
Your Account
- You are responsible for everything that happens in your account
- One account per business - if you have multiple shops, contact us
- Team members can be added to your account with your permission
- We can suspend accounts that break these rules
Payment & Subscription
- Free trial: 14 days free, no payment needed to start
- Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
- Price changes: We will tell you 30 days before any price increase
- Refunds: If you're not happy, contact us within 7 days
- Late payment: If payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it
Your Data
Your data belongs to you. The customers, jobs, invoices, and designs you add to EriThread are yours. We just store them for you.
- You can download your data anytime
- If you close your account, we will give you time to download everything
- We will not look at your business data unless you ask us to (for support)
